The Pasta Party in Chrome Raw was built for Bespoke 2024.
All Sour Bicycles frames are individually handcrafted in their own factory in Saxony, near Dresden. They use specially developed tubing drawn precisely for Sour frames – multi-butted, heat-treated CrMo steel built for durability. The steel is manufactured in Germany, partly from recycled material, and drawn by one of the world's leading production facilities in Taiwan – the beating heart of global bicycle manufacturing.
The dropouts are developed by Sour in Dresden and have a replaceable derailleur hanger.
The integrated seat clamp is also a proprietary development and part of the frame. Should it ever fail and cannot be repaired, the frame can be professionally converted to a traditional clamp.
